Minimum Reverse Mortgage amount funded is to be $100,000 with either Equitable Bank or HomeEquity Bank. To be clear, mortgage amount funded can be different than the mortgage amount advanced to the client(s).

Genesis Reverse Mortgages when brokering to obtain client financing, will negotiate either a reduction on the lender commitment fee OR contribute $350 towards an appraisal, whichever is HIGHER.

Appraisal funds sent by etransfer the client(s) $350 to the email address provided on file.   One promotional amount of $350 per property appraised, to be forwarded the day after reverse mortgage registration.

There is no HST payment included.
